Anything
that you desire to know, anything that you need to know in
existence, will only be revealed to you through your own other
half, that sexual opposite of you. To know your other half along
with yourself is to know all creation and your own immortality as
creator with your other half. (Page 77)
In giving, I find my heart. Giving always
cleanses the soul, and thereby releases one to give again. Giving
is a pure act and that is exactly why the light shines. Giving
takes us to the purity that resides beyond sin. In the pure light,
there isn't any sin. There is only giving which fills our cups,
overflowing in its love from which we may give again. Let us take
a moment together and freely give of ourselves to each other
holding to the purity in our hearts. (Page 122)
And so from this realization, the man looked
upon his woman and spoke, "We are the last man and the last
woman. We believe in our children. Let us then be the first man
and the first woman. Let us prepare a place for our children and
begin the cycle of creation." And the woman replied unto her
man, "Our place shall be prepared with our love. In our love, we
will receive our children once again." (Page 143)
The woman was beginning to see the magnitude
of the man's responses. The truth cannot be spoken-she had no
idea. "But," the woman spoke, "how do you hold all of this
within yourself over time? It must break your heart." The woman
looked at the man and suddenly began to flush. She saw that this
man did carry a broken heart - so within himself he seemed to be. "What can I do to help?" she uttered.
"We don't want the
truth to die." The man responded saying, "The truth lives only
as it is reproduced. The truth lives only through man and woman.
If I have been sent with this message then I must not have been
sent alone." The man paused and then trembled as he said, "May
you be the one who has been sent with me. May you be the one to
extend beyond me." (Page 111 - 112)
This marriage vow affirms the truth of the
love you two bring to each other. And as we gather here, we
acknowledge that this love is the only foundation of this
marriage. We witness today a man and a woman giving their lives to
each other, and in so doing, taking their place in life as the
foundation of creation. Such is the eternal purpose of your unity.
With this said, we offer both of you the following opportunity to
create your marriage eternal. Please present your vow and
